Decade boxes are nothing new. Using resistors to simulate circuits is a priceless diagnostic technique. With this variable resistance simulation box, you can adjust your needed resistance in small increments. This is perfect for testing or simulating sensor circuits, especially if you want to do so with a linear curve.
Also included in this box are two fixed outputs. One is 120 ohms and the other is 2.4 ohms.
