It is designed for synchronization by the first cylinder or selected in the program. The sensor is usually installed on the ignition coil of the first cylinder and connected to the 9th channel (green mark of the sensor - green background of the 9th channel). It can also be used for diagnostics of the ignition system (the coils are checked one by one), the sensor is connected sequentially to all coils and usually to the 8th channel, for this mode it is recommended to select the working environment [Secondary voltage / Individual (Lx1)]. It is used for COP ignition systems (Coil-On-Plug ignition system), equipped with rod-type ignition coils (almost all modern engines).
