They are designed for diagnostics of COP ignition systems of 2/4/6 cylinder engines. The sensors are connected to all engine coils and usually to the 8th channel (blue mark of the sensor – blue background of the 8th channel). They are used for COP ignition systems (Coil-On-Plug ignition system) equipped with rod-type ignition coils (almost all modern engines).
